UN38.3 test summary and MSDS available for all lithium models — required by airlines and requested by most sea-freight forwarders. We supply them with your booking documents.
Shipping lithium goods by sea
Lithium-packed lamps move as Class 9 / limited-quantity cargo depending on model and packing. We confirm the correct declaration method with your forwarder before production starts.
Import compliance for your market
Some destination markets require extra certification — for example SONCAP. Tell us your market early and we will confirm exactly what is needed and who arranges it — before you commit.
Three checks before anything leaves the factory
Incoming materials
Batteries, panels and LED batches are checked against the agreed specification before assembly — this is where most quality problems are prevented.
Line inspection
Function test on every unit: charge, light output, remote control and (on camera models) 4G connection.
Pre-shipment QC
Random sampling per AQL standard before packing. You receive photo reports of the packed goods before the balance payment.

Spare parts with bulk orders
Bulk shipments include spare parts for the most-used consumables, so small faults do not become dead stock.

Report within 7 days of delivery with photos. We resolve by replacement in your next shipment or by credit.
The questions every importer asks
What are your trade terms?
FOB (Chinese port) as standard. EXW available for customers with their own forwarder in China. We do not quote DDP for first orders.
What is the minimum order quantity?
There is no fixed MOQ. Trial orders are welcome — many customers start with 50–100 pieces mixed models to test their market, then scale up.
How do I pay?
Bank telegraphic transfer (T/T): 30% deposit to start production, 70% balance against a copy of the bill of lading. Sampling can be paid in full by T/T.
How long does production take?
Typically 10–15 days after deposit for standard models, depending on quantity. Samples ship in 7–10 working days.
Can you ship small orders?
Yes. Less-than-container (LCL) sea freight works well from about 2 CBM upward. We will calculate the cost per piece for your exact quantity before you decide.
How does the 4G camera work in my country?
Camera models use a standard SIM card slot — you buy a local data SIM (no cloud subscription). We ship the version matching your region's network bands; confirm your country when ordering.
