Support written down before you buy, not improvised after
This is where most suppliers go quiet. We would rather be clear about warranty, spare parts and problem resolution before you send a single payment.
What is covered, and for how long
Warranty runs from the date of delivery and covers manufacturing defects. Terms for your specific order are stated on the commercial invoice — no verbal promises.
| Category | Warranty | Certification |
|---|---|---|
| Solar flood lights (incl. camera series) | 2 years | CE, RoHS |
| Portable power stations | 2 years | UN38.3 & MSDS provided for export |
| Solar indoor lights | 1 year | RoHS, ISO 9001 |
| Solar garden lights | 1 year | Varies by model — confirmed per model |
Certification by model, not by claim
Certification differs between models. Before you order, we send you the certificate that matches the exact model and batch — so your import file is clean.
Battery documentation included
Every shipment containing batteries goes out with UN38.3 test summary and SDS, the two documents your forwarder and airline will ask for.
How your order moves, step by step
Quotation
Send models and quantities. You receive a formal FOB quotation with lead time, within 24 hours.
Pre-production sample
For first-time cooperation we can arrange a sample before bulk production, so you see what you are buying.
Inspection & photos
Every order is checked piece by piece before loading. You receive photos and test videos of your actual goods.
Documents & FOB delivery
Commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin and battery documents — delivered to your forwarder at the port.
Consolidated containers
Mixing categories into one shipment is normal for us — lights and power stations in the same container, one bill of lading, one customs file.
Production lead time
Typically 10–15 days depending on model and quantity. The exact date is confirmed in writing before you pay the deposit.
When something goes wrong
Damage, shortage or DOA
Report within 7 days of delivery with photos or video. We resolve by replacement in your next shipment or by credit note — not by silence.
Spare parts with bulk orders
Bulk shipments include spare parts for the most-used consumables, so a small fault in the field does not turn into dead stock on your shelf.
Installation & user guides
Wiring diagrams and plain-English setup guides for every model, including how the 4G camera works with a local data SIM card.
Reordering
Your specifications, packaging and marking requirements are kept on file. A repeat order is one message, not a new negotiation.
Questions wholesale buyers ask first
What is your MOQ?
Order size is flexible and depends on the model. We work with trial orders first — you prove demand in your market, then scale. Tell us your target quantity and we will quote it honestly.
Can I get samples before a bulk order?
Yes. Samples typically ship within 7–10 working days. Sample cost is confirmed per model; for bulk cooperation we credit it against your first order where agreed.
Which trade terms do you offer?
FOB is our standard term — we deliver to your forwarder at the Chinese port. Other arrangements can be discussed per order. Payment terms are confirmed with your quotation.
Can I mix different models in one container?
Yes. Mixed containers across the four categories are standard practice for us, and we prepare the packing plan so your clearing agent gets a clean, consistent document set.
Do you offer OEM / ODM?
Yes — your brand on the product and packaging is available for bulk orders. Requirements and cost are confirmed per model before production starts.
How does the 4G camera work in my country?
The camera version takes a standard SIM card. Your customers insert a local data SIM (for example MTN or Airtel), and there is no cloud subscription to buy from us or anyone else.
